1. Scope & Definitions

This Notice applies to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA and to residents of other states with substantially similar privacy laws—including, but not limited to, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia.

Exchanging personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.

Disclosing personal information to a third party for cross‑context behavioral advertising (ads based on your activity across different websites/apps).

2. When We “Sell” or “Share” Data

We may disclose identifiers (e.g., IP address, hashed email) and Internet or other electronic‑network activity to advertising partners and analytics providers so they can show you interest‑based ads on our site and elsewhere. Under certain state privacy laws this may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information about individuals under 16 years old without affirmative opt‑in consent.

We will process your request within 15  business days and notify all downstream partners so they honor your choice.

4. Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We use sensitive data only for “necessary and proportionate” purposes—such as authentication, fraud prevention, and providing requested services. You may still direct us to limit such use via any method in Section 3.

You may appoint an authorized agent (including those holding a power of attorney) to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must present written authorization, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.

To protect your privacy, we verify each request by matching the information you provide (e.g., email, phone, recent transaction details) with data in our records.

  • We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days.

  • We will fulfill or formally respond within 45 days. If more time is needed (up to an additional 45 days), we will explain why and when you can expect a final response.

Your choice is forward‑looking; we will continue to disclose information to service providers or contractors acting on our behalf as permitted by law. Some site features that rely on personalized ads may function differently.

We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service if you exercise your opt‑out or limit rights, except as allowed for bona‑fide loyalty or financial‑incentive programs (which we will describe separately if offered).
